 Boot Camps share your information with other entities or individuals in the following limited circumstances:

• Cyberchamp Academy The School: We may share your information with the relevant School to provide the Program, track your participation in the Program, and fulfill our contracted responsibilities to the School. Once we share your personal information with the School,  Cyberchamp Academy Boot Camps does not control the School’s use of your personal information. We also share de-identified, aggregated, pseudonymous, or anonymous information with the school for its own research and analytics purposes. The School’s use of your information is subject to its privacy policy.

• Service Providers: We share your information with third parties providing business, professional, or technical support functions. We use third-party providers for website hosting, maintenance, marketing, courier, certification, business operations, payment, and identity verification services (“Service Providers”).

 

• Your Employer or Sponsor or their Designee: We share your information with your employer, sponsor, or someone they designated if such third party is paying for your Program. Information disclosed in this case shall include program performance information unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing with Cyberchamp Academy Boot Camps.

• Potential Employers: Where you choose to work with our career services team, we will share your information with potential employers. Information disclosed in this case shall include your resume, employer-ready materials that you prepare (e.g., your portfolio), your LinkedIn profile, or other information that you make available to  Cyberchamp Academy Boot Camps.

• Legal Matters; Safety: We access or share your information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law or otherwise as required by law.
